CyberAgent Ventures (CAV) started its operation in Vietnam in 2009. This time, CAV decided to open a new office in Hanoi in addition to current Ho Chi Minh office as Vietnam has shown continuous market growth in the Internet businesses and increasing number of entrepreneurs. Investment and operation in Vietnam will be conducted by the 2 offices, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

The investment made in Vietnam has reached 7 companies, including Viet Nam Price Joint Stock Company (EC mall), Clever Advertising Corporation (Internet ad agency) and VMG Media Joint Stock Company (Mobile contents provider). With the newly opened Hanoi office, CAV further enhance investment and incubation activities in Vietnam.
